By submitting this form, I acknowledge that my pet complies with the Bahia Resort Hotel’s Pet Policy and does not exceed any breed, size, or behavioral restrictions. I accept full responsibility for my pet’s behavior and will ensure it does not disturb marina tenants, hotel guests, or local wildlife. I agree to keep my pet leashed and under control at all times when outside my vessel. I will clean up after my pet and dispose of all waste properly. I understand that if my pet is deemed a nuisance or found in violation of marina policies, it may be subject to removal from the marina.
