Maritime Agreement for Transient Private Wharfage

Transient slips are available exclusively for hotel guests at $3 per foot, per day, based on the full length of your stay, including arrival and departure days. If you'd like to keep your trailer on property, an additional $40/day storage fee applies. Rates are subject to change.

Please submit an application to check availability. If approved, you’ll receive a Transient Wharfage Agreement, and charges will be added to your hotel reservation. Payment is due at booking and is non-refundable. Your application does not guarantee dockage until approved by the dock master and payment is complete.

Slip guests enjoy full access to resort amenities including the pool and whirlpool, beach cabanas, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and playground. For additional information, please call (858) 529-9997.
