Slips and Reservations at our San Diego Marina
Apply for a Berth
Slips are available on a month-to-month basis. Rates range from $22 to $38 per foot, based on the greater of slip length or vessel LOA. Water, electricity, and garbage service are included. Live-aboards are not permitted.
Apply for a Guest Berth
Transient slips are available for hotel guests only. A limited number of slips are reserved for short-term dockage. The rate is $3 per foot per day, based on the total nights of your stay, including arrival and departure days.
Additional Forms For Current Slip Holders
Allows Licensees to notify the Marina office whenever their vessel will be away from its assigned berth for more than three days and to provide their intended return date and time. It ensures compliance with the marina’s transient use policy and helps manage slip availability.
Allows Licensees to request guest “Day Pass” parking at least one week in advance of the intended date of use. Approval is subject to availability, hotel occupancy levels, and the sole discretion of Hotel Security. It ensures compliance with Section 7.4 of the Marina Rules, which limits guest parking to daytime use only while guests are aboard the Licensee’s vessel.
Allows Licensees to request prior written approval from Marina Management for overnight stays aboard their vessel that exceed three nights in any seven-day period or ten nights in any thirty-day period. It must be submitted at least one week in advance and ensures compliance with Section 3.4 of the Marina Rules regarding extended stays.
Allows Licensees to register pets with Marina Management in accordance with Section 12.4 of the Marina Rules. Pets must comply with the Hotel's pet policy, remain leashed at all times, and not create disturbances or nuisances. Owners are responsible for immediate cleanup. Marina Management reserves the right to revoke pet access at its discretion. Pets are not permitted in restrooms or showers.
